  • On a small "hilltop" at the rush Huanshi roadside. Lots and lots of BRd.es, with great Reggae tunes and Latino beats mixed with top Chinese songs. The Hill Bar can make a truly enjoyable and unique experience in Guangzhou. Great atmosphere, good food. One of the favorites for the expats in the city.

  • ince its full inception in August 2004, The Paddy Field (or The PF, as we like to call it) has been the watering hole of choice for the majority of Guangzhou’s expatriate community. We stress “community” because The PF is about offering a sanctuary for souls who are initially overwhelmed by the stress of moving to a foreign country. The PF therefore provides an ambience where strangers meet over a pint and become friends over a dozen later.
